What is Considered a Trade?
A trade consists of sending to Gamezola® one of your video games in exchange for another plus ONE token. Cost of the tokens depends on the quantity you wish to purchase. The more you purchase, the less it will cost per token. Currently, Gamezola® only allows for trades to be made within the continental United States. We may expand our products and services to other countries at a future date.
All trades must be for the same video game console, i.e. trading a GameCube game for a GameCube game or a Playstation 2 (PS2) game for a PS2 game. We currently have eight video game consoles available for trade: GameCube, Nintendo DS, Playstation 2, Playstation 3, PSP, Wii, XBOX, and XBOX 360.
Conditions of a Trade
All video game discs for trade must satisfy all the conditions specified. The discs MUST be: (1) in playable condition with minor to no scratches, (2) be kept in their original cases, (3) come with their original video game manuals, and (4) contain original artwork on both the front and back covers, NO EXCEPTIONS. We accept genuine, non-counterfeit video games that are produced and distributed for the US region ONLY.
All counterfeits, bootlegs, burned or stolen video games are not accepted by Gamezola®. If the video game you send fails to meet the above criteria, your shipping and handling fee will be non-refundable. An additional shipping and handling fee of $20 will be charged if you request Gamezola® to return the unacceptable video game back.
Shipping and Handling
We utilize the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all of our shipping needs. We ship all of our video games in a padded envelope to ensure maximum protection. Along with each shipment, we also include a tracking number for customers to easily track the whereabouts of their package.
Gamezola® uses the USPS for all of our shipping needs, and for this reason, we will not be held liable for any damages, lost, and delays to the video games traded that may have occurred during the shipping process.
When shipping a video game to Gamezola®, please do not use carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL for your shipping need. You will be sending your video game to Gamezola’s® post office box and these carriers will NOT be able to delivery to such an address.
When you receive email an from Gamezola® to send in your video game, please promptly ship them to us as directed by the email. Should Gamezola® not receive the video game from you, the cost of ONE token spent on the trade will non-refundable. After the second offense, Gamezola® reserves the right to ban or not allow any future trades from you by freezing your account.
Payments
Gamezola® is PayPal verified and we accept payments for token purchase through PayPal ONLY. PayPal offers both a convenient and secure way to make your payment online. PayPal accepts credit cards, debit cards, and direct money transfer from your checking account. PayPal is fast, easy, and secure. Your payments are received and confirmed immediately. Do not mail in your payments! We do not accept cash, checks, or money orders.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued if Gamezola® failed to ship out the video game after you have paid for the shipping and handling. All requests for refunds must include a tracking number as a proof of shipment.
All trades are FINAL. Make sure you read, understand, and agree to our Rules & Regulations and Terms & Conditions before you decide to trade with us.
Who Can Use Our Services?
Use of Gamezola’s® services is permitted to anyone over the age of eighteen. Our services are solely intended to individuals who are adults and can legally consent to our binding contract stated under applicable law. You must currently reside in the continental United States and have a valid mailing address.
This site should not be use by any person residing outside the United States and anywhere prohibited by law. Minors (persons under 18 years of age) can ONLY use our services in conjunction with, and under the supervision of an adult, parent, or legal guardian.
Listing a Game
Your listing will remain on our search until a match is found. You MUST agree to not sell or initiate a trade with another site until the that has happened. You may at anytime END your trade at My Gamezola.
What is My Gamezola?
My Gamezola is how users can navigate and manage their own individual Gamezola® account. You can change your personal information in the My Account page. You can "end" your trade early or choose to "relist" your trade on the listing page. You can check the status and tracking number of a successful trade or past trade on the check status page.
Gamezola® reserves the right to cancel, refuse, and deny any trade at any time and for any reason if you fail to abide to our Rules & Regulations and Terms & Conditions. We may modify our Rules & Regulations at any time by posting the amended terms on this site.
